Najee Hinds
Bailiff
Najee Hinds is thrilled to join Judge Jerry as the Courtroom Bailiff. As a former Correctional Officer on Rikers Island combined with his heroic FDNY skills, he provides order and security to the courtroom.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Hinds holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Business Management from The City University of New York.
In addition to his work experience with the FDNY and the Department of Corrections, he has volunteered with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of the Hurricane Sandy relief and has helped with the Administration for Children Services (ACS) as a team leader for toy drives for underprivileged children. When not on Judge Jerry duty, Hinds enjoys playing basketball and listening to live music.
